review ELf mineral foundation

I've used a  three different mineral foundation brands over the past years. I used LOREAL ,REVLON and ELF mineral foundation and so far among the three,REVLON was my favorite. When i ran out of my revlon i looked for something that has same effect but with a cheaper price, I got excited to see elf in one of my trips to the mall, so i decided to purchase one, but as i was expecting too much from this product I was really disappointed.

What i like about elf is that it has spf, the packaging is nice, doesn't cause breakouts, since I do have sensitive skin, very lightweight, affordable for php399.
What I don't like in this product, first the packaging is so small, coverage power is no good that i need to put on foundation before achieving medium to full coverage. The powder is hard to get out, i have to shake it a million times. There isn't enough of color choices, when i bought mine at watsons the SA told me that they only have 2 shades available here. It makes my skin MOOORRRE oily.  Lastly it doesn't stays long!

Overall all i could say is that,it doesn't give justice to its price, i rather spend twice its price than purchase this again. i don't know if i recommend this product. It may not work for me,but i don't know with others.

Our weightless mineral foundation will help get you on your way to healthier illuminating skin. All our powders blend naturally into the skin, and are so light that they work with your skin color to create a perfect color match. All of our foundations contain sun protection factor (spf) 15 and are 100% mineral based with no parabens, no preservatives and no chemical dyes.

Shake the Natural Mineral Foundation – SPF 15 back and forth to get excess powder loose into the tray. Gently glide over the powder with the Total Face Brush to grab the powder, bring your brush to the cap to work in the powder to the brush, then tap off any excess. Apply to areas of the face that need coverage by working into the skin in a circular motion.

Active Ingredients: Titanium Dioxide, Zinc Oxide. Inactive Ingredients: Mica, Bismuth Oxychloride (CI 77163), Titanium Dioxide (CI 77891), Tocopheryl Acetate, Caprylyl Glycol, Silk Powder, Boron Nitride. May Contain: Iron Oxides (CI 77491 77494 77499), Carmine (CI 75470).

Zinc Oxide is a key ingredient in mineral makeup for its beneficial capabilities of treating acne prone, inflamed, and irritated skin. Titanium Dioxide is also an important ingredient because of its ability to provide sun protection to the skin. The Silk Powder & Mica ingredients impart a soft focus effect that creates a natural, healthy, and youthful glow that instantly fills facial lines to reduce the appearance of wrinkles. These powders are absorbed into the skin and help control the effects of oily skin, for a shine-free, matte glow that visibly smoothes the skin and refines its texture.
